As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the store team, driving sales performance, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring operational excellence every day.
What You'll Do
- Monitor KPIs; set goals and implement action plans to drive sales results.
- Set and uphold store standards across sales, merchandising, housekeeping, asset management, and associate conduct.
- Build outstanding customer relationships and champion a customer-first culture across the entire team.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop store associates, managing performance and fostering growth with decreasing levels of direct supervision.
- Analyze the store's Profit and Loss statements to identify opportunities, manage budgets, and drive profitability.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and effectively communicate product performance insights to relevant business partners.
- Ensure all store operations — including register functions, inventory control, pricing, and special orders — are conducted with integrity and accuracy.
What You Bring To the Table
- 3+ years of retail sales experience.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience leading a team in a management role.
- A natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a team.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), POS software in general, and possess general computer skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
- A positive, hands-on attitude, you lead by example.
