We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator who’s ready to bring fresh ideas, support exciting campaigns, and help iconic brands like Pandora, HEYDUDE, and Boolchand’s shine across the Caribbean. This is your chance to take your love for marketing to the next level while working with a fun, fast-paced team!
What You’ll Do:
- Own and execute annual marketing plans across all islands, using traditional and digital media
- Manage social media content, paid campaigns and engage with followers
- Assist with in-store communication and ensure brand consistency
- Brainstorm creative campaign and event ideas to captivate our audiences
- Create compelling content, including social media posts, visuals, and videos
- Support marketing efforts for our stores across the Caribbean
What You Bring to the Table:
- Passion for marketing, retail, and driving results
- Strong communication skills in English (Dutch and Papiamentu are a plus)
- HBO-level education or equivalent work experience
- A go-getter attitude – this isn’t always a 9-to-5 kind of role
- Experience with paid social & Google Ad campaigns is a plus
- A passion for content creation (photo & video) is a plus
