Marketing Assistant – Join The Boolchand Group!

We’re looking for a proactive, all-round Marketing Assistant to support our dynamic Marketing team across multiple brands. No prior marketing experience? No problem. If you’re organized, hands-on, curious, and not camera shy—we’ll teach you the rest!
What You’ll Do:
You’ll support our Marketing team with a mix of coordination and hands-on tasks, including:
- Schedule social media content and help answer online customer messages
- Coordinate with local vendors for billboard, radio, newspaper ads, and installations
- Help prepare campaign presentations, reports, and marketing documents
- Assist with content creation and be comfortable jumping in front of the camera
- Follow up with stores for campaign photos and proof of execution
- Help with event logistics and other marketing-related errands or tasks
What You Bring to the Table:
- You’re proactive, energetic, and a real problem-solver
- You’re not afraid to call, follow up, or walk in somewhere to get things done
- You’re organized and can manage multiple small tasks at once
- You’re comfortable with basic tools like MS Office, Gmail, and social media
- You enjoy being part of a team, but can also work independently
- You don’t mind running errands or jumping in where help is needed
