As an HR Intern at The Boolchand Group, you will fully participate in a department that is still evolving. You will have the opportunity to work on various HR themes, from recruitment and onboarding to policy, employee well-being, and communication.
What You'll Do
- Screening CVs and following up with applicants
- Recruiting and supporting the intake of new employees
- Improving the onboarding process and enhancing the employee experience
- Maintaining HR administration and personnel files
- Organizing fun team activities and writing the company newsletter
- Contributing ideas to HR policies and new HR initiatives
- Supporting employee well-being and sustainable employability programs
- Conducting benchmark research on employment conditions or HR trends
- Space for your own projects or research within an HR theme that interests you
What You Bring to the Table
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in HRM (working or graduation internship)
- You are social, communicative, and a true go-getter
- You can work independently and show initiative
- You are eager to learn, build, and grow with an international organization
What we Offer
You will be guided by our HR Group Manager, Iris Markus, who will support your development and give you the space to work out your ideas. You will work together with 2–3 HR colleagues and report directly to the Group HR Manager. We'll provide:
