The Retail Trainer plays a key role in bringing the Crocs spirit to life across our stores. You will design and deliver dynamic training programs that elevate product knowledge, customer service, and selling skills for our sales associates. You’ll partner closely with Store Managers and Retail Operations to ensure our teams are confident, motivated, and ready to provide the warm Crocs welcome our customers expect.
What You'll Do
- Create and deliver annual training program, blending retail KPIs, product storytelling, sales techniques, and customer service approach.
- Host engaging virtual and in-person training sessions for new hires and seasoned associates.
- Lead refresher trainings to reinforce skills and keep teams up to date.
- Visit stores twice per year to observe, coach, and support teams in customer service, product knowledge, and brand execution.
- Provide actionable feedback and follow-up plans to help stores elevate their performance.
- Keep sales associates informed on the seasonal launches, from new drops and innovations to product features, technology, and storytelling.
- Ensure every associate can confidently speak the language of Crocs.
- Maintain a complete training database including certifications, store info, and associate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate all training sessions with strong attention to detail and a friendly, approachable communication style.
- Design fun, creative training games, challenges, and contests that celebrate learning and drive motivation.
- Support stores in keeping their Crocs communication boards fresh, joyful, and packed with brand updates, product news, and key dates.

What You Bring to the Table
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in training for multinational or retail companies.
- Strong knowledge of retail sales, customer service & sales techniques.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration tools (Teams, Google Meet, Google Drive).
- Dynamic personality with strong communication skills. You're organized, approachable, dependable, and great at multitasking.
- Self-driven, achievement-focused, and committed to helping others grow.
- Willingness to travel for bi-annual store visits and occasional training events.
