As an Assistant Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading the store team, supporting the Store Manager, and bringing the Crocs brand experience to life every single day.

What You'll Do

 

• Support the Store Manager in driving sales, profitability, and overall store performance
• Act as a leader on the floor, creating an energetic, welcoming, and customer-first environment
• Coach, train, and develop the store team to reach individual and team goals
• Ensure high standards in visual merchandising, store presentation, and operations
• Take ownership of daily store activities, including opening/closing procedures when needed
• Oversee inventory handling, stock accuracy, and product presentation
• Lead in-store projects such as VM updates, peak season preparations, and promotions
• Step in as second-in-command, ensuring smooth store operations at all times

 

What You Bring To The Table

 

• Previous experience in retail, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
• A natural ability to motivate, guide, and inspire a team
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for retail and brand experience
• Solid organizational and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with basic computer systems and retail software
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
• A positive, hands-on attitude, you lead by example
