Shipping to a US or Canadian address is via USPS Priority Mail. Quoted pricing is inclusive of delivery insurance and customs duties, where applicable.

US address:

  • FREE two-day shipping for orders $100 and above
  • $15 next day shipping for orders $100 and above
  • $7 two-day shipping for orders under $100
  • $25 next day shipping for orders under $100

Canadian address:

  • $15 6-10 business day shipping for orders $100 and above
  • $33 3-5 business day shipping for orders $100 and above
  • $25 6-10 business day shipping for orders under $100
  • $43 3-5 business day shipping for orders under $100

Anywhere else in the world:

  • FREE FedEx two-day International Priority Shipping for orders $500 and above
  • $60 FedEx two-day International Priority Shipping for orders under $500

Jewelry

All jewelry orders are delivered via FedEx two-day International Priority Shipping. Quoted pricing is inclusive of delivery insurance and customs duties, where applicable.

  • FREE FedEx two-day International Priority Shipping for orders $500 and above
  • $60 FedEx two-day International Priority Shipping for orders under $500

Expected transit times:

  • Orders received by 3:00pm ET will ship the morning of the next working day. Orders received after 3:00pm ET, will ship the morning of the following working day.
  • All transit times are as per the shipping company and we are not responsible for delays on their end.
  • Quoted carrier transit times are from the date that your order ships.
  • Holidays and weekends are not counted as working days.

Electronics and Cameras

We offer delivery services to neighboring islands from our hub in St. Maarten. We can either drop off your order at any Port in St. Maarten (Dutch or French side) or provide a quote for delivery directly to your island. FedEx, Liat Quick Pack, and Winair cargo are recommended for smaller items while ocean cargo is recommended for larger items. Reach out to us for more information.

Returns

Online orders may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the following steps:

  • Contact online@boolchand.com for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number making sure to include your order number in the email subject
  • All returns to be sent to the following address only after an RMA number has been issued:

Full refunds will be issued upon approval that the product is returned in its original condition There will be no returns for:

  • Custom jewelry orders
  • Rings ordered in sizes other than 7 which is the default ring size. Other sizes are considered customized and non-refundable
  • Items returned without an issued RMA number
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alterations after being inspected by our representatives
